By submitting a model application through the Site, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete. • You are at least 16 years of age, or have obtained parental or guardian consent if under 18. • You grant Aurine Agency the right to review and retain your submitted materials for evaluation purposes.

Submission of an application does not guarantee representation or any form of contractual relationship with Aurine Agency. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

Submitting a booking inquiry through the Site does not constitute a confirmed booking or contractual agreement. All bookings are subject to talent availability and a separate written agreement between the client and Aurine Agency.

Aurine Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and talent. Any confirmed engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable booking contract.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aurine Agency does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurine Agency disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
